If a game is terminated by a referee, he/she must submit to the Division Chairperson and Vice President of Personnel a written report on the facts of the incident no later than 48 hours following the game. The Executive Board will make a final determination of the disposition of the game and notify the two (2) coaches involved no later than two (2) weeks from the date of the incident.
